Let’s face it: the holiday season is the busiest time of year for your business. But it’s also the absolute best time to bring your employees and customers together for a cause that creates a lasting, local impact.

This year, The Remembered Foundation is on a mission to bring holiday joy to 750 children and teens in foster care across Duval, St. Johns, Clay, and Nassau Counties. We are looking for local businesses to step up as official community collection sites—and we’ve designed the entire process to be completely effortless for you and your staff.

The Impact of Opening Your Doors

When a child is navigating the foster care system, the holidays can bring a wave of uncertainty and change. Your business can help change that narrative. Last year, 47 local business partners opened their doors to host collection boxes, helping us gather over 2,000 toys and $3,000 in gift cards. Because of those businesses, 485 local kids experienced the pure joy of knowing they were valued, celebrated, and remembered.

This year, our goal is bigger, and your storefront or office space could be the difference-maker.

Why Partner With Us? (Hint: We Do the Heavy Lifting)

We know you have a business to run, so we handle the logistics:

• We Deliver the Box: Our team will drop off your official collection box directly to your location between October 15 and October 31.
• Ready-to-Use Marketing: We will provide you with helpful shopping lists and digital marketing materials so you can easily rally your employees and invite customers to join the fun.
• Seamless Pickups: The collection window runs from November 2 to December 10. Once the drive is over, our team comes directly to you to handle all the pickups.

We are collecting new, unwrapped toys and gift cards (please note: items cannot be family- or violence-themed).
